Peacefully in hospital surrounded by her family and friends, aged 81 years, of Park Road, Carmel, Holywell.
Beloved wife of the late Don, devoted mother and mother-in law of Stephen and Fran, Andrew and Julia, Darren and Caroline, treasured grandma of Sarah, Becca, Alex, Jacob, Olivia and Josh, proud great grandma of Connor, Keira and Phoebe and dear sister of Irene.
Funeral Service will be held at Denbighshire Memorial Park & Crematorium, St. Asaph on Wednesday, 15th October at 2:00pm.
Family flowers only please, but if desired, donations in memory of Thelma will be gratefully received towards Cancer Research UK via the offertory box at the Crematorium.
